Look at me, I can sit (kind of), and I can play a drum!
Coria Day
Marc and I had an idea a few years ago that we would have “Coria Day” every once in a while and take the kids to do something fun. Well, I think we have only done it once or twice in the last 3 years, so we decided we were way overdue. Marc had President’s Day off, so we all went to downtown Phoenix and spent time at the Science Center and watched an IMAX movie and saw other exhibits. It is the first time that Marc came with us there since we got a membership last May. After that, we walked over to the Arizona Center and ate lunch at Mi Amigo’s. We took some pictures and enjoyed the cool weather as we walked around downtown and appreciated all the growth that is occurring here in our home state. My mom and dad were kind enough to offer to watch Sophia for us so that we could all enjoy our day a little more without having to tend to the needs of a baby. It was just what I needed and I think we all agreed that it was a fun day! Here are some pictures of the glorious event of “Coria Day”. Hopefully it won’t be another 3 years before our next one!

7 random things…
So my friend Elise tagged me for this. I guess I’m supposed to write 7 random things about myself, things that maybe my blog readers don’t know. Here goes….
1. I never carried a purse until I started my professional career. It was always a day planner & backpack, from high school through college (yes I used to have a life, places to go, people to see).
2. I am listening to Carson and my 2 nephews playing hungry, hungry hippos right now. Good thing I took motrin earlier tonight.
3. Typos & misspelling are probably my biggest pet peeve. Especially when I do it.
4. I was a cheerleader in high school & I’m proud of it!!
5. I love performing
6. I am a bedtime gestapo. 8:00pm SHARP!!!!! (I’m speaking of the children).
7. I don’t get offended very easily.
I tag Jonae (so she will update her blog & because I’m curious), Laura because I haven’t heard from you in a long time and thought you were coming for Christmas (hee, hee. Do you even have a blog?).Lastly I tag Stephanie because you always make me laugh & I love laughing!!!
