Coria Day

Marc and I had an idea a few years ago that we would have “Coria Day”  every once in a while and take the kids to do something fun.  Well, I think we have only done it once or twice in the last 3 years, so we decided we were way overdue.  Marc had President’s Day off, so we all went to downtown Phoenix and spent time at the Science Center and watched an IMAX movie and saw other exhibits.  It is the first time that Marc came with us there since we got a membership last May.  After that, we walked over to the Arizona Center and ate lunch at Mi Amigo’s.  We took some pictures and enjoyed the cool weather as we walked around downtown and appreciated all the growth that is occurring here in our home state.  My mom and dad were kind enough to offer to watch Sophia for us so that we could all enjoy our day a little more without having to tend to the needs of a baby.  It was just what I needed and I think we all agreed that it was a fun day!  Here are some pictures of the glorious event of “Coria Day”.  Hopefully it won’t be another 3 years before our next one!

  1. That’s a great idea…..We need a “Bigelow Day”. I love the AZ Science Center. Jared has never been! I’ve got to take him one of these days. I can’t believe how grown-up Audrey looks in the picture!

  2. How fun to have a Coria Day! I still remember some of the goofy things my family did that could be considered Ingermanson Days. Ok, I did not mean to imply that your Coria Day was goofy. Ingermanson Days, though were goofy. I’m done before I start saying all kinds of crazy stuff! See you Friday!

  3. how fun!
